Last year I caught this fellow nearby...
This looks very much like a juvenile see eagle like
this
one at Wikipedia to me. What do you think?

Is it a
Common kestrel
(Turmfalke) or maybe a
sparrowhawk
(Sperber)? The crows did not like his presence.

It's a Common Kestrel:

Probably an adult male (The female is bigger). The Hooded crow next to it gives us a good comparison.
